What we collect and why

When you send a question or request through a form, we receive your name, email address and message, so that we can reply.

When you order a work, we also receive your phone number and address, so that we can deliver it. The payment itself is handled by Mollie; we do not receive your card or bank details.

We use these details only for this purpose and never for advertising.

Who else processes your data

Mollie (payments), our web host (where this website runs), our email provider MailPlatform (where messages arrive) and, for delivery, the carrier that ships your work. They only process your data on our behalf or to carry out the delivery.

How long we keep it

Questions and messages: as long as needed to handle them. Orders: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires us to keep our records for that long.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no statistics and no tracking. Your browser only remembers your chosen language and view, on your own device. Fonts are served from this website itself.

To block spam, the form temporarily counts messages per sender; the IP address is stored only in scrambled form and deleted after two hours.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Send an email to info@lugtigheid.nl. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
